How It Works
Plan Your Sleep
Open the Planner tab. Choose "I want to wake at" to find the best bedtime, or "I want to sleep at" to see when to wake up. We handle the math.
Set & Forget
Click a suggested time to set your schedule. The extension will remind you when it is time to wind down.
Track & Analyze
Click "Going to sleep" when you're ready. In the morning, tell us how you feel to build your personal sleep graph.
